BI. ZONE and the Cybersecurity Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation providing for work at the level of BI.ZONE incident response teams-CERT and UZCERT. The partnership builds continuous data exchange on current threats, coordination during major cyber incidents, and joint training activities, which increases the speed of attack detection and reduces the response window for companies in the region. For the national segment of the Internet and critical information infrastructure, this means increased monitoring, standardization of incident handling procedures, and access to advanced expertise in investigating complex cases-from phishing campaigns and compromised accounts to multi-stage attacks on supply chains. The practical part of the agreement is aimed at equalizing competencies: the exchange of forensic techniques, debugging compatible playbooks, conducting cross-regional exercises, and forming coordinated compromise indicators suitable for operational distribution among corporate SoCs and state telecom operators. Consolidation of resources and expertise reduces the overall cyber risk for businesses and the public sector, and increases the resilience of markets to disruptive impacts. Cooperation of CERT teams creates prerequisites for the unification of security requirements, accelerates the implementation of best practices and forms the evidence base for management decisions-from investing in detection and response tools to updating regulatory procedures in the ICT sector.
