The updated Citroën C5 Aircross 2025 is entering the European market — a crossover that combines modern technologies, thoughtful ergonomics and integration of voice artificial intelligence. The new model is available in two versions-hybrid and all-electric versions, with prices ranging from 33,990 to 42,590 euros.
The Hybrid 145 is powered by a 145-horsepower (107 kW) powertrain, a 48-volt system, and a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The electric version of the Electric 210 develops 213 horsepower (157 kW) and is equipped with a 73-kilowatt-hour battery, providing a power reserve of up to 520 kilometers on the WLTP cycle.
The car is based on the STLA Medium architecture, typical of the latest developments of the Stellantis alliance. The luggage compartment capacity reaches 1,668 liters, and the interior space is adapted for family trips and long routes. The centerpiece of the cabin is a vertical 13-inch touchscreen display, and integration with a ChatGPT-based voice assistant is available in the PLUS and MAX trim levels. This solution opens up a new level of interaction between the driver and the onboard system.
Citroën engineers have placed an emphasis on comfort: the signature Advanced Comfort seats, adapted suspension and adjustable rear seats create a feeling of softness and stability even on rough roads. Safety is supported by the driver assistance systems Drive Assist 2.0 and all-round view with panoramic cameras.
The model is available in three trim levels:
- YOU-basic version with LED headlights and dual-zone climate control;
- PLUS — added navigation system, wireless charging function and voice AI;
- MAX-includes electric tailgate drive, heated steering wheel, matrix headlights and a full set of assistants.
Production of the new generation C5 Aircross is deployed at the Rennes plant (France), and the model is already positioned as a competitor in the segment of "smart" crossovers.
The introduction of artificial intelligence in the car's functionality indicates a trend of convergence of the automotive industry with digital technologies. Citroën, as part of a global transformation, relies on an intuitive interface, electronic design and a personalized driving experience.
