On the second day of the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum, a number of key events were held, including a panel session dedicated to the establishment of the Tashkent International Commercial Court (TICC), as well as business meetings with representatives of the Omani private sector aimed at developing cooperation in the field of digital technologies and supporting startups.
The session "International Dispute Resolution in Uzbekistan: Tashkent International Commercial Court" was devoted to presenting the concept of an independent institute for resolving international commercial conflicts. International and national experts participated in the discussion, including: Hertu Doibler-Gmelin (Global Neighbours), Naseer bin Mohsen Al-Adbu (Omani & Partners), John Zaidi (ACWA Power), Islambek Rustambekov (Tashkent State Law University), Diana Baizakova (Tashkent International Arbitration Center) and Jamshida Urunova (Office of the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs ' Rights).

The Ministry of Digital Technologies held talks with the delegation of Oman headed by Kalim Mohamed Salim, Director General of the Ministry of Digital Technologies. The parties agreed to create a joint working group, launch an acceleration program for early support of startups, and provide bilateral assistance in entering the markets of both countries.

A separate event of the second day was High C-Level Digital Connectorganized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies, IT Park Uzbekistan and the company DataVolt. The meeting brought together representatives of government agencies, business and international ICT companies.

The events of the second day of the forum confirmed the priority course of Uzbekistan towards the development of legal, investment and technological infrastructure focused on global standards and international cooperation.
