Uzbekistan demonstrates rapid growth in its global image and strengthens its position in the international business environment, entering the TOP 3 Fastest Growing Nations in the TOP 100, according to the Brand Finance Global Soft Power Index 2025.
This was recalled by the Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov in his official Telegram channel, emphasizing that such a result was possible thanks to the systemic reforms carried out under the leadership of the country's President. These reforms are aimed at increasing the international prestige of the republic and actively promoting Uzbekistan on the world stage.
"Large-scale international events, in particular the Tashkent International Investment Forum, which is being held this week, also contribute to strengthening the image of Uzbekistan in global ratings and the international business environment," the minister said.
Becoming one of the top three national brands in terms of growth rates indicates an increase in trust on the part of the global community and investors. More and more foreign companies consider Uzbekistan as a reliable partner and a promising platform for opening their representative offices. This, in turn, contributes to the creation of high-paying jobs and an increase in economic activity within the country.
"That is why, as the President has repeatedly stressed, special attention should be paid to young people — their education, learning foreign languages and mastering modern professions that meet the requirements of the global market," says Sherzod Shermatov.
Experts note that strengthening Uzbekistan's position in the soft power index is not only an indicator of effective foreign and domestic policy, but also a strategic resource that contributes to sustainable economic growth, increasing export potential and expanding international cooperation.
