The company Poco is preparing for the international launch of its new smartphone Poco F7, which is a global version of the previously introduced Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in China. The device is expected to launch between June 17 and 19, both in the global and Indian markets.
The Poco F7 model will be the next step in the development of the F-series line after the spring release of the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra. The new product stands out for its combination of high performance, flagship design and advanced case protection, which makes it an attractive solution in the middle price segment.
According to leaks, the smartphone will be equipped with a 6.83-inch flat OLED LTPS display with a resolution of 1.5 K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display features minimal bezels and high brightness, ensuring comfortable operation in all conditions. The housing is made of metal, and the degree of protection against water and dust meets the IP68/IP69 standards, which confirms its resistance to the most extreme operating conditions.
Inside is a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip that provides high performance in gaming and multitasking. The smartphone runs the latest HyperOS 2.0 shell, based on Android 15, already out of the box.
The Poco F7 camera is represented by a dual module:
- 50-megapixel main sensor,
- An 8-megapixel wide-angle module, as well as a 20-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Additional features of the device include an IR emitter for controlling household appliances, as well as a state-of-the-art cooling system designed for long gaming sessions.
The official specifications and price of the device will be announced closer to the launch date. The Poco F7 is expected to be one of the most competitive offerings in the sub-flagship category for the summer of 2025.
