The international company AMC Bridge presented the Campus educational program in Uzbekistan, aimed at training future IT specialists. The internship is aimed at students and allows them to gain practical skills in real-world projects, including working with version control systems, planning sprints, conducting code reviews, and other elements of the modern development process.
The program combines mentoring support, team interaction and the development of communication skills in English. This provides an opportunity for novice developers to prepare for working in an international environment and reach the global level.
AMC Bridge has already implemented similar projects in other countries and is now adapting the successful model to meet the challenges and potential of the Uzbek market. The first results of implementing the program in Uzbekistan demonstrate a high level of involvement of participants and prospects for further scaling.
