IT Park Uzbekistan officially launched the program IT Insider — a new initiative aimed at involving students in the development of the national technology ecosystem and forming a new generation of digital transformation leaders.
Program IT Insider was an important milestone in the implementation of the strategic plan IT ParkAccording to the document, Uzbekistan should become a regional technology center by 2030.
During the first meeting, participants were introduced to the main areas of activity of the IT Park — the development of startup culture through incubation programs, hackathons, educational projects and a platform StartupBase.
Special attention was paid to the role of student ambassadors — IT Insiderswhich will serve as a link between universities and the country's IT sector. Their mission is to inspire peers, promote entrepreneurial initiatives and support the innovative activity of young people across the country.
The first team of IT Insider includes: Artur Matkarimov (AMITY), Abror Musulmonov (INHA), Umar Kayumov (TDIU), Kuvonchbek Tohirov (TUIT), Aziz Daurov (Webster), Madina Baltabayeva (Westminster), Fotima Giesiddinova (PDP University), Narimonjon Murodov (TURIN), Mushtari Mukhitdinova (MDIS), and Zarina Akhmadova (USWLU). These active students will initiate new opportunities-from workshops and pitch sessions to large-scale hackathons and joint projects with leading IT companies.
In the future, the program will offer participants a comprehensive development of leadership skills, professional connections and interaction between the education sector and the technology sector. IT Insider will open up new horizons - both for students and for the entire digital landscape of the country.
