Employees of paramilitary state organizations of Uzbekistan can now receive information about the state of their pension account online through a single interactive state portal my.gov.uz.
Previously, employees had to contact the relevant authorities in person to obtain this certificate. This was time-consuming and required extra effort. Now the process is much easier — you can get the document at any time, without leaving your home.
Which organizations fall under the new order?
Employees of the following agencies have been granted the right to receive an online certificate::
- Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Ministries of Emergency Situations;
- Ministry of Defense;
– State Customs Committee;

The implementation of the digital mechanism was made possible by Cabinet Resolution No. 612 of November 20, 2023. According to the document, the certificate is provided free of charge, which eliminates the need for additional expenses for law enforcement officers.
