Within the framework of the "School of Women Leaders" program, the forum "Women Leaders in Public Service: new opportunities and prospects" was held, timed to the end of the fourth season of the initiative.
Results of the fourth season
At the forum, graduates of the fourth season were awarded certificates of completion of the program. The event was attended by representatives of international and local organizations, employees of diplomatic missions, foreign experts, listeners of the program, journalists, as well as representatives of ministries and departments.
The main purpose of the forum was to summarize the results of the fourth season and discuss gender equality in the public civil service system.
Main forum topics
During the discussions, key issues of state policy to support families and women, the role of middle and lower-level women leaders in these initiatives, women's participation in political processes and ensuring gender equality in the civil service were discussed.

The forum participants discussed the development of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, system analysis, the use of artificial intelligence in projects and targeted problem solving.
