The Competition Committee of Uzbekistan has registered new violations by Mo'jiza Honeymoon. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry.
The Department of the Ferghana Region Committee found that the company's management did not comply with the previously issued order. Moreover, the company continued to advertise its products in violation of advertising laws.
Following the audit, a special commission opened a new case against Mo'jiza Honeymoon and sent it to the court. Administrative measures have been taken against the head of the company.
The Competition Committee called on entrepreneurs to comply with legal requirements and promptly eliminate the identified violations. The ministry stressed that if the company continues to ignore the regulations after administrative measures, it may be subject to more stringent sanctions, up to criminal liability.
Recall that in January, Mo'jiza Honeymoon was fined for violations related to advertising honey with biologically active additives. The advertising materials contained claims about specific cases of improved health, allegedly related to the use of the company's products.
