The Zulfiya State Prize was established to support talented women, recognize their achievements and contribute to the development of society. This award is given to girls who have shown outstanding abilities in various fields, including information technology.
In 2025, four representatives of the IT sector who have achieved significant success became laureates of the award:
- Biybinaz Turemuratova – first-year master's student of the specialty "Computer Engineering" of the Nukus branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies (Republic of Karakalpakstan).
- Ummatoy Yuldashev – First-year master's degree student in Industrial Management at the New University of Uzbekistan (Navoi region).
- Dilnoza Abdurasulova - Associate Professor of the Department of Software Engineering of the Ferghana branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
- Shakhzoda Kamalova - mentor of the Kids English course at the IT Park Khorezm training center, a student of the 11th grade of the secondary specialized school No. 3 in Urgench.
Their professionalism, dedication and contribution to the development of the IT industry were recognized at the state level. This confirms the growing attention to the role of women in the digital sphere and their importance for the further development of technologies in the country.
The Ministry of Digital Technologies congratulates the winners and expresses confidence that their achievements will inspire a new generation of specialists, contributing to the progress of the IT industry in Uzbekistan.
