In parallel, the parties discussed the renewal of E-8 visas for seasonal agricultural workers, which complements the architecture of labor migration with short-term contracts with transparent logistics and employer responsibility. All in all, this increases worker protection, reduces the risks of informal employment, and strengthens skill transfer channels-from industrial safety and lean manufacturing to digital reporting and quality standards.
