USA: SpaceX is preparing a new Starship launch after fixing technical problems

SpaceX has announced its readiness to conduct another test launch of the reusable Starship spacecraft after fixing technical problems that previously led to the cancellation of the launch. The new launch is scheduled for the night of August 25-26 and should take place at 02: 30 Moscow time from the Starbase spaceport in Texas.

Initially, the tenth test mission was planned to be carried out on the morning of August 25, but a failure in the operation of ground systems forced engineers to postpone the launch. At the moment, the company has confirmed that all identified problems have been fixed and the system is ready to launch.

Preparation for the mission is accompanied by interest from specialists and observers. New flight seats were previously spotted on the base's territory, which sparked discussions about their possible use in future prototypes of the HLS lunar lander or in Dragon capsules.

The current launch is important in the context of the company's long-term program. SpaceX says it plans to increase the frequency of Starship launches to 24 times a day during peak periods. This implies the use of a fully reusable design to ensure regular cargo transportation and, in the future, manned flights.

The tenth test launch will be the next stage in testing the ship's systems, including the operation of engines, aerodynamic surfaces and return mechanisms. The successful completion of the mission will allow the company to move closer to the goals of creating a super-heavy transport system that can radically change the space transportation market and expand the possibilities of exploring the Moon and Mars.
