A major investment project in the field of construction technologies will be implemented in Uzbekistan. Kazakhstan Construction Holding has announced plans to build pre-fabrication plants that will allow the construction of multi-storey residential buildings with full finishing in the shortest possible time. The new technology is designed for the construction of 16-storey buildings in up to five months, which significantly changes the approach to housing construction in the republic.
Investments will be directed not only to the creation of production facilities, but also to the development of a full cycle of industrial construction. It is planned to produce facade materials, panels, staircases, plumbing blocks and other elements that will be assembled on site, minimizing time and labor costs. This approach meets the urgent need of Uzbekistan to accelerate the provision of modern and affordable housing to the population.
The holding already has significant international experience: it rents out more than 20 thousand apartments annually in six countries, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan. The implementation of such projects creates jobs for thousands of specialists and strengthens the company's position as one of the leaders in the construction market of the region.
An important addition to the investment program will be the creation of a training center designed to train up to 5 thousand construction professionals per year — engineers, managers and craftsmen. This will allow us to form our own base of qualified personnel, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the construction industry.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev supported the initiative, stressing that projects of this scale are of strategic importance for the country's economy. The Head of state paid special attention to the educational component, noting that training specialists is the foundation for the development of any industry.
The new project can become a key step in the transformation of the construction industry in Uzbekistan, contributing to the introduction of modern technologies, employment growth and accelerated development of urban infrastructure.
