International sports brand Adidas has presented an exclusive limited-edition shoe collection dedicated to the legendary British musician Ozzy Osbourne. The model was inspired by the artist's many years of creative work and his participation in the cult rock band Black Sabbath, which had a significant impact on the development of the world music scene.
The release of the collection is timed to coincide with the departure of Osbourne from life — the musician died on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76 in Birmingham, Great Britain. The last concert he gave just two and a half weeks earlier-on July 5-without getting up from a special throne, because of progressive Parkinson's disease. Despite his health condition, Osbourne remained loyal to the stage and his fans until the last few days.
The limited edition sneaker is available in a total of 121 pairs and is intended exclusively for the artist's inner circle. This format emphasizes not only the exclusivity of the release, but also the brand's deeply personalized approach to the musician's legacy.
Visually, the model is designed in the Black Sabbath aesthetic: the black base is combined with purple Adidas branded stripes and white contrast stitching. On the tabs and insoles of the shoes there is an author's graphic with the image of Ozzy Osbourne, and on the inside of the tongue the date of his last performance is indicated. The design emphasizes the connection with the artist's musical biography and creates the effect of a collectible item.
