Nvidia has reached a market capitalization of $4 trillion for the first time in its history

Nvidia has become the world's first publicly traded company with a market capitalization of $ 4 trillion. At the auction, the price of one share rose to $164.5, which made it possible to overcome the historical bar. Despite a minor correction after the peak, the company's market value was $3.974 trillion as of the end of the day.

This milestone was achieved on the back of rapid growth in stocks, which added 89% from April lows. Nvidia has overtaken not only Apple, but also Microsoft, which previously held leading positions in terms of market value. Microsoft's current market capitalization is $3.728 trillion, while Apple's is about $3 trillion, making Nvidia's gap the most notable in recent years.

Ananda Barua, an analyst at Loop Capital, recently revised Nvidia's stock price target to $250 from $175. This implies a potential market capitalization in the region of $6 trillion, which could make Nvidia not just a leader in the technology sector, but also the largest public company in the history of the stock market.

The company's growth also strengthens CEO Jensen Huang's position as one of the most influential executives in the global technology industry. Under his leadership, Nvidia transformed itself from a manufacturer of video cards for gamers to a leader in the global race for next-generation computing power.
