Applicants of Uzbekistan began to receive electronic permits for participation in the Unified State Exam

With the beginning of the admission campaign for the 2025-2026 academic year in Uzbekistan, the issuance of electronic permits for participation in unified state exams (USE) for admission to institutions of higher and professional education has started.

A document called "Admission permit" is required for admission to the examination tests. It is available for download on the national e-government services platform. You can get it through the "Electronic registration of applicants" service on the website my.gov.uz by clicking on the corresponding button in your merchant profile.

The permit contains the applicant's personal data, information about the place and time of the exam, as well as a list of required documents. The main requirement is to arrive at the exam strictly by the appointed time.

Applicants are required to present an original passport or identity card along with a printed permit. The absence of any of these documents, as well as being late for the exam, automatically excludes the possibility of participating in the test.

The measure is aimed at simplifying the logistics of the examination process, increasing transparency and minimizing the human factor in the admission system. Electronic authorization also plays the role of a digital verification tool and improves monitoring of the incoming flow.

In the context of the growing digitalization of the educational sector, this practice reflects the desire of educational and administrative authorities to fully automate key admission procedures to universities and colleges.

Education authorities emphasize that compliance with the rules of the exam day is the responsibility of applicants themselves. Successful completion of testing depends not only on preparation, but also on correct paperwork and discipline.
