Uzbekistan has introduced electronic registration for domestic flights using digital documents

Passengers of domestic flights were able to check in at airports using electronic versions of their identity documents. This step is aimed at simplifying the check-in procedure and improving passenger comfort.

Representatives of airport operators clarified that to pass electronic registration, passengers need to log in to their personal account on the official website in advance. my.gov.uz, or in the Social Map mobile app. There, you should open the personal data page and show the electronic ID card to the employee at the reception.

However, only up-to-date data displayed in apps is accepted as proof of identity. my.gov.uz and "Social Card". Copies of photos, scanned documents, and screenshots of pages with personal information are not allowed. This approach ensures security and eliminates the possibility of presenting forged or outdated documents.

The introduction of electronic documents for the registration of air passengers corresponds to the trend of digitalization of public services and contributes to the optimization of service processes in the field of air transportation.
