AKFA Group launches Uzbekistan's first new generation free diagnostic center

AKFA Group has announced the launch of the country's first private diagnostic center, which provides free medical services in the format of a large-scale social startup. The project is being implemented with the participation of Central Asian University and AKFA Medline University Hospital and has become one of the most ambitious healthcare initiatives in recent years.

The AKFA Medline Social Center will be located on the territory of the Alfraganus residential complex and will cover more than 36 areas of medicine-from general therapy and cardiology to complex laboratory and radiological diagnostics. Its mission is to provide high-quality and timely primary health care for free and without waiting lists, using modern digital solutions.

The total area of the new medical facility will be 35,300 m2. Potential throughput — up to 3,000 patients per day and up to 500,000 per year. All processes-from making an electronic appointment with a doctor to receiving test results-will be fully automated, which will ensure a high level of efficiency and avoid traditional infrastructure bottlenecks.

The project forms a new standard of service in private medicine. The spatial organization of the center provides comfortable waiting areas, digital terminals and intuitive navigation. Patients will receive quality services in an environment free of stress, administrative barriers and bureaucracy.

The initiative is fully funded by AKFA Group and is implemented as part of the state strategy to improve the availability and quality of medical care. The company's management positions the project as a social investment aimed at sustainable development of the country's human capital.

According to Jahongir Artykhodzhayev, founder of AKFA Group, the project's philosophy is based on the principles of discipline, leadership, respect and responsibility:
"We build the system as if we were helping ourselves and our loved ones. Our priority is not just infrastructure, but people's trust and real concern for public health."

The project is based on international practices, including standards of institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic. The focus is on prevention and early diagnosis of diseases, which, according to experts, will significantly reduce the burden on the inpatient sector and increase the efficiency of healthcare in general.

Rector of Central Asian University Kamran Gulamov noted:
"According to WHO, up to 75% of all medical cases can be effectively addressed at the primary care level. Our goal is to make this level affordable, technologically advanced and professionally built."

The center is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2026. Immediately after commissioning, AKFA Medline Social will start receiving patients, offering a new healthcare model that combines social orientation and advanced technological solutions.
