Young entrepreneurs received funding: startups of graduates of Uzbekistan are supported by concessional lending

Within the framework of the specialized exhibition aimed at supporting young professionals and entrepreneurs, seminars and trainings were held on key aspects of career and professional development. The main focus was on the issues of employment of graduates, personal brand development, development of soft skills and integration into professional communities.

Meaningful presentations for students were made by representatives of the Samarkand regional Department of ATB “Uzmilliybank “and the career development center "Step into the Future". Young people were introduced to current vacancies, opportunities to start a business and available financial instruments. The Bank provided information on existing programs to support start-up entrepreneurs, including concessional lending, consulting services, and access to financial resources.

During the business part of the event, graduates were given a detailed explanation of employment procedures, conditions for obtaining funding to launch their own projects, and the range of professional assistance available through banking and career institutes.

Founders of leading companies in the region, including “PALMA SAMARQAND”, “LA ESMERALDA UZ” and “YUKSALISH GROUP”were invited to participate in the event. Entrepreneurs gave motivational sessions, during which they shared their own experiences, stories of overcoming crises, and recommendations for building a sustainable business. Their presentations touched upon real market challenges, management decisions and the principles underlying successful entrepreneurship.

One of the key stages of the event was an open presentation of student startups. Graduates presented their own ideas and projects focused on solving practical problems in various fields-from digital technologies to sustainable production. According to the results of expert evaluation, a number of the most promising initiatives received support in the form of soft loans. Funding is provided for the accelerated development of projects and their implementation in the market practice.

The event became an important platform for interaction between young people, financial institutions and business representatives, as well as an example of a systematic approach to the formation of an entrepreneurial environment with the participation of new generations of specialists.
