Gmktec introduced the EVO-T1 mini PC with Core Ultra 9-285H and support for local launch of AI models

Gmktec has announced the EVO-T1 mini PC based on the Intel Core Ultra 9-285H processor. The device is priced from $834 at the launch of sales in China and will be available on the global market. Sales start is scheduled for July 14.

The EVO-T1 is based on an Intel Core Ultra 9-285H processor with 14 cores and 22 threads. The configuration includes 6 high-performance cores, 8 energy-efficient cores, and 2 low-power cores. The CPU's TDP is 90 watts. Integrated graphics are represented by Intel Arc 140T, supplemented with the AI Boost NPU module to speed up calculations related to artificial intelligence.

The mini PC is equipped with 64 GB of DDR5 RAM with a frequency of 5600 MT / s and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD solid-state drive. The system supports expansion of memory up to 96 GB via two SO-DIMM slots and installation of up to three PCIe 4.0 M. 2 2280 SSDs, which allows you to achieve a total storage capacity of more than 12 TB.

One of the key features of the EVO-T1 is the ability to run large artificial intelligence models locally, including DeepSeek 32B. This solution is positioned for use by AI developers, engineers, and researchers working with large language models and other resource-intensive tasks.

The device's interface suite includes a USB4 port with Thunderbolt 4 support, OCuLink for connecting an external GPU or high-speed storage, and two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports. Up to four 4K displays can be connected via the HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort ports.

For cooling, a system with two fans is provided, which ensures stable operation even under high load.
