IT Park of Uzbekistan expands cooperation with French and European technology companies

The delegation of the IT Park of Uzbekistan headed by Mahlie Muksinova, Director for Export Development of Services, held a series of strategic meetings in France to strengthen international cooperation in the field of information technology. The main focus was on promoting the export potential of Uzbekistan in the IT services sector, establishing partnerships with European companies in the areas of IT, deep tech and outsourcing.

The delegation took part in the largest European technology exhibition Viva Technology 2025, held from June 11 to 14. Uzbekistan's potential in the field of IT and BPO, as well as the startup Tuzuk, were presented at the national stand. Negotiations were held with business representatives from France, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Turkey and Vietnam. Special attention was paid to developing the startup ecosystem and positioning the country as a promising outsourcing destination.

Within the framework of VivaTech, representatives of the IT Park of Uzbekistan took part in the events La French Tech in Europe and Viva Technology Meetup, where they discussed the possibilities of integration into European technology hubs and business ecosystems in Poland.

On June 16, a meeting was held with the Commercial Director of Groupe Outsourcia, Stefan Reber. The potential of Uzbekistan as a new growth point for outsourcing was discussed. The French side expressed interest in human capital, infrastructure and state support measures, including tax incentives and recruitment programs. An agreement was reached to continue the dialogue and prepare for the visit of the company's representatives to Uzbekistan.

On the same day, the delegation held talks with the leadership of the international organization Hello Tomorrow. Areas of cooperation in the field of deep tech, participation of Uzbek startups in international programs and organization of joint events were considered. It was agreed to initiate the signing of a memorandum of understanding.

On June 17, he met with Realtyna CEO Ali Attar and TLScontact Purchasing Director Russell Staines. They discussed the possibilities of using Uzbekistan as a platform for outsourcing IT services, logistics and supply chain management, as well as support measures for foreign investors.

The program of the visit ended with a meeting with a member of the Investment Jury of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Victoria Hernandez Valcarcel. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation between the IT ecosystem of Uzbekistan and EIC acceleration and investment programs, as well as attracting European startups to participate in ICT Week Uzbekistan.

A series of meetings outlined new areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and international technological and innovative structures, including the signing of agreements and the launch of joint projects. IT Park continues to actively promote the country in the European IT market.
