The delegation of IT Park of Uzbekistan took part in one of the world's largest conferences in the field of customer service — Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2025, held in the United States. Uzbekistan was represented by Akhmed Abulez, Advisor to the General Director of IT Park, Jahongir Kagirov, Head of the Service Export Development Department, and Asad Otakulov, Technical Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United States.
CCW is one of the leading international platforms dedicated to customer experience, contact centers and technological innovations in the service sector. Every year, the event brings together thousands of industry leaders, technology companies, and outsourcing experts to discuss the future of customer communications, showcase state-of-the-art solutions, and establish international cooperation.
As part of its participation, the IT Park delegation held more than 80 strategic meetings with representatives of the largest companies in the sector, including Smile.Cx, Foundever, Call Center Service International, FiN, Hexaware, IntouchCx, PeakOutsourcing и Pentafon. Uzbekistan was presented as a promising platform for creating contact centers, research and development centers, as well as branches of IT companies. Representatives of IT Park emphasized the country's competitive advantages, including developed infrastructure, state support and favorable conditions for investment.
Participation in CCW 2025 allowed Uzbekistan to strengthen its position in the international arena as a state with high potential in the field of technology and outsourcing. The Delegation identified several specific areas that could form the basis for future partnerships and joint projects with international companies.
Following the visit, IT Park formed an extensive network of professional contacts and identified key opportunities for the development of the country's IT ecosystem. In the coming months, steps will be taken to implement new initiatives aimed at attracting investment and developing the digital sector of Uzbekistan.
