Deloitte has expanded its employee welfare program: you can now purchase LEGO with the company's funds

Deloitte, a consulting company, has revised its corporate employee welfare policy and approved a new line of compensation expenses. Starting from June 1, 2025, employees will have the right to annually reimburse expenses of up to $1,000 for goods and services that contribute to maintaining physical, psychoemotional and financial health.

The updated list includes gym passes, ergonomic furniture, game consoles, kitchen appliances, board games and puzzles. For the first time, such a program officially allows the purchase of LEGO sets, including premium collections such as the" Millennium Falcon " from the Star Wars series, which costs about $850 on the market.

An internal survey showed that a significant part of employees positively assesses the inclusion of LEGO in the program. There is a growing interest in alternative ways to relieve stress and improve concentration — in particular, through the assembly of complex constructors. The company's management emphasizes that expanding the available categories should help strengthen the balance between professional activities and personal time.

The changes apply only to full-time employees of Deloitte. Interns, temporary workers, and persons on leave are not included in the program.

The innovation is part of a broader initiative to adapt the corporate culture to modern challenges, including increased workload and changes in the structure of projects related to the reduction of government orders.
