Starting from June 9, 2025, users of the UZCARD system can independently choose the language of receiving SMS notifications about transactions-in Uzbek or Russian. The initiative is aimed at improving the convenience and personalization of the customer experience.
By default, messages are sent in the official language. However, if necessary, the user can change the notification language in a few simple steps:
To receive messages in Russian, please send " RU " to the short number 4800.
To return to the Uzbek language, send "UZ" to the same number.
Changing the language is free and available once a day.
