The Chinese company Aoostar has introduced a new mini-computer Youren Z, made in the format of a barebone system. The device is aimed at users who need a compact and productive solution for everyday work and games.
The mini PC is based on a proprietary AMD Thin ITX motherboard in 170 x 170 mm format. The model is equipped with an 8-core 16-thread AMD Ryzen 7-7435HS processor and a discrete Radeon RX6600LE video card with a power consumption of 100 W, which provides stable performance in resource-intensive applications and modern games.
The system supports DDR5 RAM with a frequency of 4800 MHz. For cooling, an active system with two fans and seven heat pipes is used. The housing is made of metal, which increases the overall reliability of the structure and the efficiency of the heat sink.
The Aoostar Youren Z goes on sale in several configurations. The basic version (without RAM and storage) is priced at 3,289 yuan (approximately $ 460). Variants with 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD cost about $ 570, while the maximum configuration with 64 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD is estimated at 4,989 yuan (approximately $ 695).
The model is equipped with a wide range of interfaces. On the front panel there are USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, USB-C and two 3.5 mm audio jacks. The rear panel includes HDMI, DisplayPort, four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two 2.5 G network interfaces, two additional audio outputs, and one USB4 connector. It also provides support for wireless communication using the Wi-Fi 6 standard.
The entry of Aoostar Youren Z into the market demonstrates the growing interest in powerful miniaturized systems in the home and professional PC sector. The device can be in demand among both gamers and users looking for a universal platform in a compact package.
