Portal of public services my.gov.uz announced the launch of a number of new features available to users starting in June. The updates are aimed at improving the convenience, transparency and security of citizens ' interaction with digital services.
Among the key innovations is the ability to check penalty points for traffic violations online. Now users can get full information about the resolution number, date, as well as the applicable articles and paragraphs of the legislation. This allows drivers to more effectively monitor the status of their driver's documents and ensure their safety.
The portal also has a function to view all mobile numbers registered in the user's name. This will allow citizens to control the use of their personal data in mobile communications.
Special attention is paid to the digitalization of documents: 17 types of personal papers are now available in electronic form, including passport, diploma, and marriage certificate. The system allows not only storing electronic versions, but also verifying their authenticity online.
The Auto Khabar service provides an opportunity to quickly inform the car owner if the vehicle has caused an obstacle or got into an emergency situation. This solution increases the speed of response and helps to reduce conflict situations on the roads.
In addition, if lost documents — such as a biometric passport or ID card-are found, the owner will automatically receive a notification through the portal. This significantly speeds up the process of returning lost securities.
