The fields of energy and life sciences, in his opinion, will play a key role in the future. These industries require not only technical training, but also a high level of flexibility, ethical thinking, and emotional intelligence. This is especially true for medicine, biotechnologies and the development of new energy sources-areas in which human participation will remain indispensable.

Gates paid special attention to programming and digital literacy. He stressed that the ability to interact with technology, create and train AI models will be a crucial factor in professional sustainability.
