Uzbekistan Airways informs passengers about temporary changes in the schedule of international flights due to restrictions imposed on the use of airspace near the state border between Pakistan and India.
Forced adjustments affect routes from Tashkent to Delhi, Mumbai, Lahore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, as well as flights in the opposite direction. A significant delay in arrival is possible in a number of destinations, with an average delay of at least 1.5 hours, depending on alternative routes and conditions for passing through the airspace.
In addition, some flights to these destinations may be temporarily suspended. In case of flight cancellation, the airline will provide passengers with the opportunity to rebook for the nearest available dates without deducting penalties, or provide a full refund of the ticket price.
Uzbekistan Airways emphasizes that the safety of passengers, crews and aircraft remains an absolute priority of the company. The airline continues to monitor the situation closely and will promptly inform you of any further schedule changes.
