Registration for the Asia-Pacific Olympiad in Informatics (APIO), which will be held in 2025, has opened in Uzbekistan. This is one of the largest sports programming competitions for students and schoolchildren from the Asia-Pacific region.

The Asia-Pacific Olympiad in Informatics (APIO) is held according to the standards of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) and is an important stage of preparation for world-class participants. Students of schools, lyceums, colleges and vocational schools under the age of 20 can take part in the competition.

Who can participate?
To participate in the Olympic Games (APIO) 2025, you must pass a selection. You can apply for a place in the team:
- 25 studentsstudents who have successfully passed the first qualifying round of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI).
- 5 female studentswho showed the best results at the republican stage of the ICT4Girls Olympiad.
- Studentsthose who have passed the special qualifying round of the APIO Olympiad.
