The National Agency for Advanced Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) has approved the procedure for remote voting for shareholders and members of supervisory boards. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
Electronic platforms with a user identification system will be used for voting. These platforms must ensure stable operation in real time, guarantee transparency of voting, and protect data from unauthorized access.
According to NAPP, the introduction of electronic voting will increase the transparency of corporate decisions, speed up their adoption and reduce the cost of organizing meetings, especially with the participation of a large number of shareholders.
