Yandex Market enters the Uzbek market: launch is scheduled for April

The Russian marketplace Yandex Market has officially announced its launch in Uzbekistan. According to the company, the service will be available to users in April.

The platform will offer customers favorable terms, including free installments for two months without overpayments or commissions. Delivery of goods in Tashkent will be carried out the next day.

As part of entering the new market, Yandex Market will conduct a large-scale advertising campaign covering television, radio, outdoor media and digital platforms. In addition, ads for products from the marketplace will appear in the Yandex Go app when ordering a taxi or food delivery.

According to representatives of the company, registration has already been opened for sellers, and work is underway to create product cards. The warehouse of the marketplace, located in the Zangiata district, occupies 9,000 sq. m. At the start, storage of goods will be free, later it is planned to introduce tariffs.

Yandex Market will offer two cooperation formats:

• FBY (Fulfillment by Yandex) - the marketplace takes care of storage, packaging and delivery of goods, providing delivery in Tashkent and the Tashkent region on the next day.
• FBS (Fulfillment by Seller) - the seller stores the goods independently, and the marketplace will arrange delivery within 2-5 days.

The launch of Yandex Market will expand e-commerce opportunities in Uzbekistan, offering both customers and businesses a convenient service and new tools for online sales.
