Uzbekistan has approved key measures to support women in 2025, and women entrepreneurs will be able to get unsecured loans. Also, according to the decree, it is planned to:
- provide employment for 2 million women;
- train 250,000 women in professions and entrepreneurial skills;
- enroll 250,000 women in higher education;
- organize sanatorium rehabilitation and motivational seminars for 50 thousand women in need of support.
Starting from May 1, 2025, a number of initiatives will be implemented under the HAMROH program. Mentor entrepreneurs who assist women in implementing "green" projects, developing the IT sector and launching their own businesses will be able to receive grants of up to 50 million soums.
Unsecured loans of up to 100 million soums will be provided to women with a positive credit history. In addition, the guarantee of JSC "Company for Entrepreneurship Development"will be available until the delivery of equipment purchased at the expense of credit funds.
