Over the past two months, 2.9 billion soums of compensation were paid to citizens who received international IT certificates within the framework of the state program for supporting specialists in the field of information technologies.
According to statistics, in January-February 2025, 77 young people applied for compensation for expenses related to obtaining the IELTS international IT certificate. For comparison, 76 such applications were submitted in the whole of 2024.
The largest amount of compensation for certification falls on the Samarkand region, which occupies a leading position among the regions.
It is worth noting the positive dynamics of growth in the number of girls among recipients of compensation. If in 2022 their share was 9.8 %, then only in the first two months of 2025 this figure reached 44 %.
