Starting from March 3, 2025, citizens of Tashkent, regions and Karakalpakstan will be able to apply for a state subsidy for a mortgage loan. The procedure will be available through the portal my.gov.uz.
To apply for a grant, you must::
- Log in to the portal my.gov.uz;
- Choose the service "Applying for a state mortgage subsidy";
- Fill out and submit the application.
This year, the volume of subsidies for partial compensation of the initial payment and interest payments on the mortgage increased by 1.5 times, for this purpose, 2.5 trillion soums will be allocated from the state budget. 20.9 trillion soums will be allocated in the form of loans to finance the housing and mortgage markets.
