In accordance with the new decree, Uzbekistan will introduce measures to strengthen support for youth entrepreneurship, including free maintenance of accounts of entrepreneurs using the provided support mechanisms.
Launch of the digital platform "Young Entrepreneurs"
One of the key steps will be launching a digital platform "Young entrepreneurs ", which is scheduled for April 1, 2025. It will allow young businessmen to gain access to government support programs, interact with investors and find the necessary resources for the development of their projects.
Implementation of the Startups project
Before March 1, 2025 The project of Alokabank JSC, aimed at supporting innovative ideas of young people, commercializing scientific developments and financing technology startups, will be implemented in all regions of the country. Regional branches of the project will be fully staffed with qualified specialists.
Holding "investor days" and cooperation with universities
With April 1, 2025 monthly events will be organized in one of the regions of the republic Investor's days. As part of these events, startups will be able to attract funding, as well as establish cooperation with higher education institutions, which will ensure the integration of science and business.
Expansion of acceleration and incubation programs
Before end of 2025 it is planned to achieve the following indicators::
- The number of startups that have successfully completed acceleration and incubation programs will increase to 200.
- Regional centers will be set up Youth Business Incubatorwhere aspiring entrepreneurs can get comprehensive support.
Creating conditions for young entrepreneurs
Business incubators will create additional conditions for the development of startups, including the provision of ready-made office space for rent and the provision of a full range of accounting and other professional services. This will allow young entrepreneurs to focus on developing their projects and accelerate their entry into the market.
The implementation of these measures will be an important stage in the development of youth entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, creating a solid foundation for the formation of a sustainable ecosystem of innovative businesses.
