In January 2025, Uzbekistan's 959 largest taxpayers paid more than 8.5 trillion soums of taxes to the state budget. Such data was provided by the Tax Committee of the Republic.
Of this amount, 4.5 trillion soums came from the ten largest enterprises with state participation, and 1.3 trillion soums-from ten leading private companies.
State-owned enterprises: leaders in tax deductions
The largest contribution to the budget was made by Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (NMMC)which transferred 2.08 trillion soums. The second line is occupied by Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AGMK) with tax payments in the amount of 639.1 billion soums.
Completing the top four taxpayers among state-owned enterprises:
- Uzkimyosanoat – 388 billion soums,
- Navoiuran – 298.5 billion soums.
The largest taxpayers with state participation also included:
- Uzbekneftegaz - 279.8 billion soums,
- Khududgaztaminot – 240.3 billion soums,
- Uzgaztrade - 218.3 billion soums,
- Asia Trans Gas – 148.5 billion soums,
- Aloqabank - 116.5 billion soums,
- Uztransgaz – 111.2 billion soums.
The largest private taxpayers
The leader among private companies in terms of tax payments was UzBATwhich transferred 182 billion soums to the budget.
The second and third places were taken by:
- ADM Jizzakh – 62.2 billion soums,
- Epilson Development – 50.6 billion soums.
The top ten largest private taxpayers also include:
- Kapitalbank – 48 billion soums,
- Hamkorbank – 47.6 billion soums,
- Unitel – 47.6 billion soums,
- Tashkent Tobacco – 42.3 billion soums,
- TBC Bank – 37 billion soums,
- Coca Cola Ichimligi Uzbekistan – 36.7 billion soums,
- RWS Optimum – 33.5 billion soums.
The results of paying taxes indicate the stable functioning of the largest enterprises and their significant contribution to the country's economy.
