On January 31, in Tashkent, as part of the RUSSOFT business mission to Uzbekistan, a cooperation agreement was signed between the RUSSOFT Non-profit Partnership and IT Park Uzbekistan. The document was signed by RUSSOFT President Valentin Makarov and IT Park Uzbekistan Export Development Director Mahlie Muksinova.
A new stage in the development of international IT projects
The agreement is aimed at strengthening partnership relations between Russian and Uzbek IT companies. The main areas of cooperation include:
- search for and attract partners to implement outsourcing projects in the field of IT and business services;
- assistance in establishing business contacts and registering a business in Uzbekistan;
- organization of online and offline events, including RUSSOFT business missions to Uzbekistan.
Focus on joint technology initiatives
Special attention will be paid to the creation of joint projects in the field of IT outsourcing and business process support. The partners will also focus on developing and promoting solutions in such promising areas as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, virtual and augmented reality.
Uzbekistan as a regional IT hub
The parties noted the significant potential of IT Park Uzbekistan as a regional center that can become a fulcrum for Russian IT companies in the markets of Central Asia.

The agreement opens up new prospects for joint work, creating conditions for expanding the presence of Russian IT companies in the international space and strengthening the position of Uzbekistan as a technology center in the region.
